Rules of conduct: There will be no profanity or derogatory statements allowed on this page.
One of the most common statements or questions I hear are these: "can I ask a stupid question?" or "I know this is probably a stupid question..." Let me assure you that if the question is important enough for you to ask, then it will be treated with the same importance in the answer. Over the years, I have encountered many arrogant technical people that speak in a condescending manner, in most cases are far from being knowledgable as they would like for you to think. By using a few "techie terms", they try to belittle those looking to them for answers. This only makes the situation worse for you when you have legitimate questions or problems and nobody to trust for honest answers. If you have had one of these unpleasant encounters before, please do not think all technicians are created equal.
Having been a Medical Electronic Technician/Salesman for 7 years training Cardiologist and nursing staff on the proper operation of EKG's and defibrillators to the installation and training of a computer for a grandmother that had never typed much less used a computer, we can connect with you at your level of understanding and experience. Don't settle for someone that degrades you and makes you feel ignorant for asking what they may act like is a stupid question. There is a real good chance they don't know the answer either and are too proud and arrogant to admit it.
Feel free to ask questions or make comments on our page. We look forward to serving you. If you have a need for computer repair, we can arrange onsite repair or you may bring your computer to our office located at 2735 Mackey Place, Shreveport, LA 71118. Please call for an appointment. Our number is (318)688-8201.
